You have the right of withdrawal either by issue of a contract statement in written form (e.g. by letter post, fax, email) within two weeks or by return of the goods. You do not have to give any reasons but it would always be very helpful for us to know the reasons. The deadline begins at the earliest with the receipt of the instruction, latest with the receipt of the goods.. In order to protect the right of withdrawal it is required to return the withdrawal or the goods in good time. Please address your withdrawal to:

The buyer pays for the cost of returning the goods and after the return has arrived a refund of your payment including the original postage and packing charges will be made within 14 days. Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for goods which were customized for you.
If you cannot return the goods already consumed either whole or in part or only in a poor condition you are obliged to compensate to the appropriate value. You can avoid compensations by not taking the goods into service/use and avoid everything possible which would diminish the value.
Kindly note that the goods to be returned are complete and will be sent back in appropriate transport package.
